Booking terms
Booking
You book by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram, calling +385 91 604 1488 or by email. A session is confirmed once we confirm it in a message.
Prices
Prices are in euros. to fill in before launch (whether prices include VAT) We confirm the final price for your session before the booking is confirmed.
Payment
We agree the payment method and due date when we confirm the session.
Cancelling and moving a session
You can cancel or move a session free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts.
Complaints
You can send a complaint in writing to to fill in before launch or by post to our registered office: to fill in before launch. We confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it.

What we process
- When you contact us: your name or username, phone number or email address and the content of your message.
- When you book and pay: the details needed to issue an invoice.
- When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry and to arrange and carry out your booking (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as invoicing (Article 6(1)(c)). Technical data is processed for the security and operation of the site on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Recipients
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes data on our behalf. When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services are provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details while the booking is arranged and carried out, and for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. Invoices and related data are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Send requests to to fill in before launch. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
